Peach Cobbler

This cobbler has a perfectly jammy base with loads of syrupy peaches and a crunchy crumble topping.

  • 9x13x2 inch casserole dish


  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick Mix
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 58 ounces sliced peaches in syrup two large 29-ounce cans
  • 1 cup syrup from peaches reserved


  • Drain the cans of sliced peaches, but reserve 1 cup of the syrup.
  • Mix the Bisquick, 1 cup of sugar, and the milk together.
  • Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13x2 inch casserole dish
  • Pour the batter into the casserole dish as well. Add the sliced peaches on top then spread the slices around.
  • Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of sugar on top.
  • Add the cup of peach juice on top then bake at 350F from 1 hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. The cobbler will be browned on top when done.
