Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Confectioners
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 3 packets Splenda
  • 12 ounces full-fat milk or to taste

Instructions

  • Add the instant coffee, Swerve, hot water, and Splenda to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to whip the sweetener and coffee granules together.

  • Continue beating the liquid with the mixer until it foams up, then whips even further into stiff peaks.
